More Than Entertainment
Chirology is the psychological study of the hands. Lawrence has completed doctoral research in chirology and psychotherapy, and works as a psychotherapist. His MSc dissertation on the hand won Dissertation of the Year at the University of Liverpool and was published as a peer-reviewed paper in the European Journal of Psychiatry.
He is also theatre-trained. He reads a room, adjusts to it and keeps the energy high through long events, so guests meet an engaging performer with real depth, not a quiet reader in a corner.
Weddings
Hand readings give wedding guests a moment of personal reflection amid the celebration. Guests can have readings as individuals, couples or groups.
Lawrence has extensive experience reading at weddings, from intimate celebrations to large wedding weekends at some of the UK’s finest venues, including nearly ten hours of readings across one weekend.

At conferences, client events, team building and wellbeing days, readings give colleagues a personal and memorable way to understand themselves and how they work best together. Lawrence also gives keynotes and commissioned talks for leadership and people teams.

How It Works
Readings are short and focused, typically five to fifteen minutes per guest, so Lawrence can see a steady flow of people throughout your event. Individual, couple and group readings are available, and the format adapts to your venue. For remote teams, Lawrence also runs virtual events: a live presentation followed by a personal recorded reading for each guest, made from photographs of their hands.
