Psychotherapy & Psychology
Alongside my work in chirology and hand analysis, I have trained as a psychologist and psychotherapist. For me these disciplines are all interconnected and are centred around self-understanding, the relationship between mind and body, and give us the invitation to discover who we most deeply are.
My approach is rooted in existential philosophy and draws on my background in Eastern philosophy, Chinese medicine, and psychology — and is deeply informed by my own meditation practice and contemplative inquiry into the nature of experience.
In recent years I have been drawn deeply into meditation and contemplative practice, culminating in three months of silent retreat in 2025 — drawn inwards, like the body being pulled towards sleep. Something shifted profoundly during that time and has since stabilised into a settled, peaceful quality of being — a peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances. It is from this place of stillness and presence that I meet my clients, bringing this space to the sessions
With over 15 years of experience working with clients worldwide, I work in an explorative, collaborative way — helping you deepen your self-awareness, understand your patterns, and find greater peace and freedom in your life.
